Discotack is a reverse contrast slab serif with organic, flowing strokes and a ton of personality. Initially inspired by Benguiat’s Discotheque (1967), the font takes an off-kilter approach to a genre typically marked by straight lines and angles. Set it in all caps for a (mostly) flat top and bottom to your lines of text, or add the lowercase to introduce a playful wavy texture to your type. Discotack is best used large and playfully, and is perfect for headlines and logos.
Discotack is available exclusively at Blaze Type.
Discotack contains over 400 total glyphs, supporting over 200 Latin alphabet based languages.
We’ve partnered up with Blaze Type for the release of this font. Licensing options are available here.
