Description
Sketchbook-like illustrations of various edible mushrooms, both cultivated and forgeable, are arranged against a soft green background in this print. Each mushroom’s name is written beneath their image in a handwritten script like in botanical illustrations or field guides. The cool tones of the blue and green inks contrast with the warm brown of the mushroom caps. This print reminds us of a forest floor with treasures tucked into hard to spot nooks and crannies. Features morels, chicken of the woods, chanterelles, shiitake, oyster, trumpet, and pioppino mushrooms.
